PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 51 (RE-2008)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI, DATED THE 17th July 2008
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007) & (RE2008):
1. After VKGUY Product Code No. 10.37, contained in Table 10 of Appendix 37A, the following is added as under:

2. Further, for items included in this Public Notice, the last date for filing applications on time shall be 30.1.2009 or time period permitted in Para 3.19.1 of HBP v1 (RE2007) / Para 3.23.10 of HBP v1 (RE2008), whichever is later.
