PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 125 (RE-2007)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI, THE 20th March , 2008
S.O.(E) – In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.1,2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and in continuation of Public Notice 61 (RE 2007) dated 8th October, 2007, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby allocates additional quantity of 4124 (Four Thousand one hundred and twenty four) MTs of Raw Sugar for export to EU for the year 2007-08 (October, 2007 -September, 2008.
2. All conditions stipulated in Public Notice 61 dated 8th October, 2007 read with Public No.96 (RE 2007) dated 2nd January, 2008 shall continue to apply.
4. This issues in Public interest.
