Corrigendum to PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 107/(RE:2007)/2004-2009 DATED: 7.2.2008
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections to Public Notice No. 107/(RE:2007)/2004-2009 dated 7.2.2008.
2. In the last two rows of the Annexure A to the Public Notice No. 107/(RE:2007)/2004-2009 dated 7.2.2008, Sr. Nos. 31 and 37 appearing in first column is corrected to read as Sr. No. 30 and Sr. No. 36 respectively.
This issues in public interest.
