PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 58 (RE-2005)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI DATED THE 6th OCTOBER, 2005

SO(E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Public Notice No. 58 (RE-2004)/2002-2007, dated 7th March, 2005 :-

Para – 1(ii)(iv) of Public Notice No. 58 (RE-2004)/2002-2007, dated 7th March, 2005 will be amended to read as follows :-

“One time exemption will be applicable upto 30th November,

2005 and the exporter shall surrender the unshipped quantity

to the Chief Wildlife Wardens of the respective State after

expiry of this period.”

2. This issues in public interest.
