In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) as contained in Annexure to this Public Notice. This shall come into force from 1^st April, 2002.
