NOTIFICATION NO. 18 (RE-2004)/2004-09

NEW DELHI: the 18th January,2005

S.O(E) in exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy :

1. The following sentence shall be added at the end of Para 4.2.2 :

DFRC may also be issued for supplies made to SEZs

2. Sub Para 7.9(a) shall be amended to read as under :

“(a) DTA supplier shall be entitled for :

(i) Drawback / DEPB / DFRC / Advance Licence

(ii) Discharge of Export performance, if any, on the Supplier.”

This issues in Public Interest.
