Congratulations to J. Rajashekar Reddy, but I beg to differ. The first blind CA belongs to Pune. His name is CA Bhushan Toshniwal and it was announced in the Chartered Accountant Journal as well. No intention to take away the credit of J. Rajashekar Reddy, but also wish to give justice to the Bhushan Toshniwal as well. Their achievements are simply great!
Congratulations to Mr.Reddy. However I like to bring to the notice that about 4,5 year s back MS Rajani from Bangalore became a CA with same diability.
Kudos to Reddy once again
Well done Rajasekhar Reddy. Congratulations.

I know a CA from Pune who has passed CA Final Exam long back, unfortunately he is blind, so I feel this post needs to be confirmed.
