Notification No. 64/2012-Customs (N.T.), Dated: July 23, 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 83/2004-Customs (N.T.), dated the 30 th June, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, vide number G.S.R . 393 (E), dated the 30 th June, 2004, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph (2), the words ‘at Hyderabad’ shall be omitted.
