G.S.R.(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of section 133 of the Finance Act, 2007 (22 of 2007), the Central Government, hereby appoints the 25^th  day of January, 2008 as the date for the purposes of clause (ii) of the said section.
