In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to be-
| (i) | the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Indira Gandhi Airport, New Delhi, |
| (ii) | the Commissioner of Customs, Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva, and |
| (iii) | the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Airport, Mumbai; |
for the purpose of adjudication of the combined show cause notice issued to M/s. Oriflame (India) Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Silver Oak labs. Pvt. Ltd. vide DRI.F.No.50D/71/97-CI. dated the 27th February 2001 issued by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, D Block, Indraprastha Bhawan, I.P.Estate, New Delhi-110 002.
