Notification No. 30/2002-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 63/94-CUSTOMS(NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification,-

(a) in the first proviso, after clause (iii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-

“(iv) In respect of Shella Bazar Land Customs Station, the land route from Pyrkan through Pharangkaruh (near B.P. No. 1231-S) to Bastola in Bangladesh, is appointed only for the propose of export of all goods from India.” ;

(b) in the Table, against serial number 2 relating to Bangladesh, in column (3), against item number (58) relating to Shella Bazar, in column (4), for item (b) and entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely:-

” (b) Land route from Pyrkan through Pharangkaruh (near B.P. No. 1231-S) to Bastola in Bangladesh”.
