Notification N0. 139/2004-Customs (N.T.)
In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No.129/2004-NT-CUSTOMS [S.O.1298(E)] dated 24th November, 2004 (import goods), namely:-
In the Schedule-I of the said Notification for serial No.2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

The rates will be effective from 23rd December, 2004.
