In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby deletes Serial No. 67 and the entries there against from the Schedule to its notification S.R.O. 1214 (No. 44-Income-tax) dated 1st July, 1952.
