Excise Duty – Provisions of Finance Act, 2011 (8 of 2011) will come in force from 1st day of August, 2011

G.S.R. 580(E).  – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Finance Act, 2011 ( 8 of 2011), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of August, 2011, as the date on which, the provisions of the said section shall come in to force.
