Notification No.  32/2006-Customs

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 89/2005-Customs, dated the 4^th October, 2005 GSR 624(E), dated the 4^th October, 2005. namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the letters, words and figures “31^st day of March, 2006″, the  letters, words and figures “31st day of March, 2007” shall be substituted.

Note-The notification No. 89/2005-Customs, dated the 4^th October, 2005 was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 624(E), dated the 4^th October, 2005 and it was amended by notification No.104/2005-Customs, dated the 26^th December, 2005, vide GSR No.746(E) dated the 26^th December, 2005.
