Notification No. 102/2010-Customs, New Delhi, the 1st October, 2010

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R.118 (E), dated the 1st March, 2002, namely:-

In the said notification, in the preamble, in the proviso, in clause (iag), for the figures, letters and words “1st day of October, 2010”, the figures, letters and words “1st day of October, 2011” shall be substituted.

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R.118(E), dated the 1st March, 2002 and was last amended by notification No. 91/2010-Customs, dated the 6th September, 2010 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R.730(E), dated the 6th September, 2010.
