Notification No. 2/2005-Customs (N.T.)

 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Export), New Custom House, Mumbai to act as,-

(i) Commissioner of Customs(Exports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Taluk Uran, District Raigad;

(ii) Commissioner of Central Excise and Customs, Kendriya Rajaswa Bhawan, Godkari Chowk, Nasik; and

(iii)  Joint Commissioner of Customs(Exports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai,

 for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to  M/s. Graphic India Limited, Nasik and Others, issued, vide, F. No.DRI. MZU/G/Misc-31/2002,6620-6626, dated  the 3rd September, 2004,  by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 3rd/4th Floor, Hotel Waldorf Building, 16, Arthur Bunder Road,  Colaba, , Mumbai.
