S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), New Customs House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai and the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Kolkata, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Communication Trade Links, A-15, Manak Vihar, Delhi and others, issued vide F.No. DRI/23/14/2005/DZU-Pt/1334 to 1353, dated the 31st March, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, New Delhi.
