 Notification No. 78/2006-Customs (N.T.)

S.O.   (E)  – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue number S.O. 828 (E), dated 21st November, 1994, (No. 61/94 -(N.T.) CUSTOMS, dated the 21st November, 1994), namely :-

In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial No. 2, in column (3) after item (c) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely: –

“(d) Shamshabad (village) of Unloading of imported Ranga Reddy District near goods and loading of Hyderabad export goods or any class of such goods .”.

Note:- The principal notification No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, number S.O.  828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, was last amended vide notification No. 50/2006-Customs (N.T.), dated the 3rd May 2006, number S.O. No. 636 (E), dated the 3rd May 2006.
