Notification No. 65/2006-Customs (N.T.)

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Port)), Customs House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata and authorises him to exercise, subject to sub-section (i) of section 5, such  powers and discharge such  duties conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Custom House, New No.60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to the show cause notice issued to M/s Sandip Exports Ltd., Flat no.5, 2nd floor, 220, A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata and others vide DRI F.No. 172/KOL/APP/2003/4435-4439, dated the 30th September, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata Zonal Unit, 8, Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Suite -16, (2nd Floor), Kolkata – 700 071.
