In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise, Thane II Commissionerate, Navprabhat Chambers, Ranade Road, Dadar (West), Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East) Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Prominent Exim Pvt. Ltd. and Others, issued vide F.No.DRI/BZU/F/02/2005, dated the 27^th September, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, 1^st Floor, Construction House, Walchand Hirachand Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai – 400038.
