In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo (Import and General), Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Custom House, New Delhi to act as Additional Commissioner of Customs, Container Freight Station, Patparganj, for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s E.I. Dupont and Others, New Delhi, issued vide, DRI F.No. 50D/82/ 2003-C.I., dated the 17th August, 2004, by the Deputy Director (Central Intelligence), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, ‘D’ Block, Indraprashtha . Bhawan, 7th Floor, Indraprashtha . Estate, New Delhi.
