In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, New Delhi to act as Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot,Tughlakabad, New Delhi for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notices pertaining to M/s S.Y. International, WZ-276-G, Inderpuri, New Delhi and Others, issued vide DRI F.No23/135/2000-DZU-ptII, dated the 4th December, 2004, by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-3 & 4, CGO Complex, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, New Delhi.
