DLF Limited has announced robust financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2027, showcasing the company’s strong operational capabilities and market position. The real estate giant reported a net profit of Rs 1,301 crore, reflecting an 11% year-on-year growth, supported by resilient demand and disciplined execution.
For the quarter ending in September 2026, DLF’s consolidated revenue stood at Rs 2,298 crore, while the company achieved gross margins of 47%. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) for the period amounted to Rs 1,060 crore. A significant highlight was the operating cash flow, which reached Rs 1,858 crore, underscoring the company’s robust cash generation capabilities.
DLF Cyber City Developers Limited, a subsidiary of DLF, also reported impressive results with consolidated revenue of Rs 2,014 crore. The subsidiary’s EBITDA grew by 9% year-on-year to Rs 1,537 crore, and its net profit increased by 17% to Rs 752 crore. New sales bookings for DLF during the quarter were recorded at Rs 3,800 crore, with notable success in projects like The Aureva in Gurugram, which saw a complete sell-out, and The Dahlias, a super-luxury offering that continues to attract significant demand.
The company’s rental portfolio, covering approximately 50 million square feet, maintained strong operational performance with high occupancy rates. Despite a substantial dividend outflow of Rs 1,980 crore, DLF’s net cash position remained robust at Rs 15,084 crore. Analysts view DLF’s results as a testament to its effective market strategy and operational excellence. The company’s strong financial position and strategic initiatives are expected to support its medium-term growth objectives, providing a solid foundation for sustained, profitable growth in the future.
