Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited (RIIL) has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The company reported a decline in both total income and net profit compared to the same period last year, attributed primarily to the completion of certain fixed-term contracts.

For the consolidated financial performance, RIIL’s total income for the second quarter stood at ₹1,406 lakh, marking a decrease of 22.4% from ₹1,813 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. The company’s net profit also saw a reduction, falling to ₹280 lakh from ₹306 lakh year-on-year. The earnings per share (EPS) decreased to ₹1.85 from ₹2.03, reflecting an 8.9% decline.

On a standalone basis, the company’s total income mirrored the consolidated figures, also declining to ₹1,406 lakh from ₹1,813 lakh year-on-year. However, the standalone net profit showed a slight increase to ₹261 lakh from ₹258 lakh in the same period last year. The standalone EPS saw a marginal improvement, rising to ₹1.73 from ₹1.71.

RIIL continues to provide infrastructure support services, including the transportation of petroleum products and raw water through pipelines, predominantly serving Reliance Industries Limited. Despite the current financial performance, the company does not have any expansion plans at present.

Analysts note that the decline in income and profit is largely due to the completion of fixed-term contracts, which significantly impacted the company’s revenue streams. The company’s focus remains on maintaining its core operations and service offerings, with no immediate plans for expansion. Market observers will be keenly watching how RIIL navigates the current challenges and whether it will explore new avenues for growth in the future.
