ICSI Announces New Examination Centres for Company Secretaries Examinations December 2026 Session Onwards
The Institute has announced the opening of seven new examination centres on an ad hoc basis for the Company Secretaries Examinations from the December 2026 session onwards. The announcement, dated 3 September 2026, expands the available examination-centre options for candidates enrolling for the Company Secretaries Examinations.
The newly announced centres are located across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Begusarai and Darbhanga in Bihar have been allotted Examination Centre Codes 129 and 130, respectively. Ayodhya and Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh have been assigned Centre Codes 268 and 270, while Haridwar in Uttarakhand has been allotted Code 269. Ratnagiri in Maharashtra has been assigned Code 492 and Rewa in Madhya Pradesh has been allotted Code 493.
Candidates will be permitted to opt for these newly opened examination centres in addition to the existing examination centres while enrolling for the Company Secretaries Examinations from the December 2026 session onwards. The announcement has been issued by the Directorate of Examinations and is signed by the Director, Directorate of Examinations.
The new centres are intended to provide candidates with additional choices regarding their examination locations. Candidates planning to appear in the December 2026 session and subsequent sessions should consider the newly notified cities while selecting their preferred examination centre during the enrolment process.
