Public Notice No. 38 updates import rules for metallic waste and scrap, specifying permitted ports and deleting a previous condition, issued on 27th December 2004.
Import Policy (including Phytosanitary requirements) given in the ITC (HS) Classification of Import and Export Items and on furnishing of Health Protocol from the Ministry of Agriculture , Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying at the time of import.
