G.S.R. 5(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (1) of section 642 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956, namely
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/additions/corrections in the book titled “Schedule of DEPB Rates.
DGFT suspends SION C-381 and provides guidelines for exporters during the review period.
DGFT updates the Export-Import Policy 2002-2007 with new entries for chemicals and engineering products.
The principal notification No.32/99-Central Excise, dated the 8th July, 1999 was published in the Gazette of India, vide number G.S.R.508(E), dated the 8th July, 1999 and was last amended by notification No. 61/2002-Central Excise, dated the 23rd December, 2002, [G.S.R. 834 (E), dated the 23rd December,2002.
Though the brokers were legally bound to pay the fees as per the regulations, vide clause (v) of Part A of the said circular, it was also informed that those brokers, who had not paid fees, should pay atleast 50% of the principal due in the cash.
