As a part of rationalisation of All Industry Rate of Duty Drawback, the SS No. 57.01 in Drawback Table, 1999-2000 relating to Floor Coverings, all sorts has been split into three separate SS numbers in Drawback Table, 2000-2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 61/2000-Customs, dated the 12th May, 2000.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 18/2000-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2000.
