With over 21 years of extensive experience in the field of Chartered Accountancy, I am the founder and co-partner of Gupta Vijay K. & Co. Currently; I hold the position of NICASA Chairman at NIRC-ICAI. My expertise lies in corporate law and taxation. I graduated with a B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University, pursued LLB & LLM, and furthered my academic achievements with an honorary doctorate degree in Corporate Law from Bharat Virtual University for Peace & Education. In addition, I am a fellow member of ICSI and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). My career has allowed me to gain extensive experience in various domains, including NCLT, NCLAT, CLB, Regional Director, and RBI matters related to corporate law, direct & indirect taxes, FEMA, as well as NBFCs, Equity Market, Capital Market, Banking, Finance, and Funding. Incorporating with more than 10,000+ companies adeptly, I specialize in M&A and compounding of offenses with NCLA, NCLAT, RD.
