About

CA Samir Chaudhary is a Managing Committee Member of the Ahmedabad branch of WIRC of ICAI and has served as Treasurer. He chaired several committees, including the Newsletter (2022-23), Post Qualification (2022-23, 2024-25), Sports (2023-24), Corporate & Allied Laws (2023-24), and Information Technology (2024-25). He is FCA, M.Com, LL.B., DISA, with certifications in FAFD, CSR, Concurrent Audit, IBC, and PMLA. He is pursuing a PhD and Registered Valuer certification. A Senior Partner at Chaudhary Shah and Associates LLP, his firm is a top forensic audit firm and registered with IBA. He teaches at GLS Law College and Rashtriya Raksha University, runs the YouTube channel Fintax Chanakya, and has led over 500 webinars.
