About

I have done M.E.(Civil-Construction Mgt) from Government College of Engg, Pune in 1988 and thereafter done LLB from Symbiosis College, Pune while serving as Sales Tax Officer, Class 1 at Pune. I was master trainer during the introduction of VAT and also during the introduction of GST..I have conducted training sessions of Central as well as State officers, tax payers, GSTP's and CA's in nearly 100 seminars on GST in and around Pune, Mazgaon and Bhayander. I have also published many articles on GST in the magazine "GST FOR YOU" for Maharashtra GST Officers and even in Taxguru.

Job Experience

Ihave worked as Sales Tax Officer Class I from August 1993 to July 2001. I was promoted as ACST in August 2001. The post of ACST was upgraded to the post of DCST in 2006. I was promoted to the post of JCST(Appeals), Bhayander in December 2020. I have worked at various places in Maharashtra such as Pune, Sholapur, Kalyan, Nagpur, Mazgaon and Bhayander.

Job Skills

I have worked in various post such as in assessment wing, Internal Audit, Legal branch and now as appellate Authority. I have also worked as DC(Administration) for 2 terms.
