Mr Srajan is a prominent qualified Company Secretary and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a graduate of a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi. He has an experience of more than 5 years in the corporate industry handling various kinds of assignments. He had associated with one of the top Maharatna Government Public Sector enterprises namely, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where he had worked with a few of the best minds of the industry and learned from the best of lawyers and professionals. Thereafter, he worked with one of the leading Practicing Company Secretaries & Law Firms in Delhi where he had exposure to various laws such as the Companies Act, Listing Regulations (SEBI), FEMA, RBI, NBFC Compliances, Societies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, Trade Mark, Merger Amalgamation etc. He is actively providing his consultancy in Secretarial, Legal, Startup, Trade Mark, Patent, Merger, Finance etc.
