Adv. Davinder Singh is a legal practitioner as on date after practicing as a Chartered Accountant for more than 20 years. He has also qualified Insolvency Professional exam in First Attempt. He has vast experience of more than 2 Decades in the field of Direct and Indirect taxation i.e. VAT, Service Tax, GST. He has represented more than 1000 cases before Tax Authorities. His strength lies in his deep analysis of facts in each case that enables him to handle the Direct and Indirect tax cases of any size and Complexity. Other than being a speaker at various seminar for CAs and Advocates, He has also been Trainer in GST Department and has taken numerous lectures before GST Officials. He has his YouTube channel with the name of Davinder Singh-Simplifying GST where he shares important case laws of GST. Other than Education Front, he has keen interest in writing poetry and has authored one Poetry Book titled – “तुम”.
