He is post graduate in commerce and a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India , he is Law Graduate also, with 9 years standing in the profession. He is Good Speaker NABARD regional office Lucknow and Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD, Lucknow) has invited him several times as a guest speaker on the subject “Producer Company FPO’s Companies Act, Compliances”, He has been guest speaker for numbers of webinars with the team of "BIRD Kolkata NABARD" having participant from different state like (Kerala, Maharashtra, Gujrat, Himanchal, Haryana, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and North East States). He has also concluded numbers of practical training session on company law, to enhance the technical capabilities of Board of Directors & KMP’s of producer companies “FPO” and SME’s. He is successfully handling corporate compliances and guiding corporate at management level. He has attained significant number of hearing at Regional Director, MCA Head Office & NCLT., He also assist in High Courts Hearings in respect of removal of director disqualification.
