Mr. Karan Nagdev is an fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, pursuing Law and having extensive experience of more than 6 years in the area of Company Secretarial Compliances of various Category / Sector of Companies including listed companies and also has working experiences in finance field like Accounting, Taxation & Audits of various Companies, Partnership Firms & Proprietary Concerns. Further he has gained experiences in various corporate restructuring assignments such as Compliances of Companies under the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence under the Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, RBI, and other allied laws.
