My name is Anup Kumar Yadav, currently a second-year B.A. LL.B (Hons) student at Vivekananda School of Professional Studies and Technical Campus, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU). I am deeply committed to acquiring comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the legal field. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained practical legal experience through internships at the District Court Rohini under Adv. Akshay Kumar and the District Court Varanasi under the esteemed Co-Chairman of the Bar Council of India, Adv. Shreenath Tripathi. These internships have provided me with invaluable insights into criminal law, legal research, drafting, and courtroom procedures. Additionally, I have actively participated in various moot court competitions, youth parliaments, and national quiz competitions, which have honed my advocacy and public speaking skills. I am eager to explore all facets of law, delving deeper into criminal law, corporate law, intellectual property rights, and beyond. My diverse experiences have fueled my passion for understanding the dynamic interplay of different legal domains and their impact on society. My involvement in the National Service Scheme and the National Cadet Corps has instilled in me a sense of discipline, responsibility, and community engagement, further motivating me to explore the multifaceted nature of the legal profession.
