Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, will conduct the Second Bi-Annual Northern Region Convocation for FY 2025–2026 on Thursday, November 27, 2025. The event will be held at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi, to confer membership certificates to Associate and Fellow members admitted between April 1 and September 30, 2025. Awards and medals will also be presented to meritorious students and Post Membership Qualification (PMQ) awardees. Eligible members must confirm participation by submitting the online registration form through the provided link by 5:00 p.m. on November 20, 2025. Entry to the venue will be permitted only upon confirmation, and unregistered members will not be allowed to attend or participate in future convocations; their original certificates will be sent by post afterward. Participants are required to carry a valid photo ID such as a membership card, voter ID, driving license, Aadhaar, PAN, or passport for verification. The prescribed Indian attire for male members is white or cream kurta-pyjama with black or brown footwear, while female members should wear white or cream sarees or salwar-kameez with similar footwear. A non-returnable half jacket will be issued at registration, and members may wear the ICSI lapel pin or badge. No on-the-spot registrations will be available, and participants must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Requests for regional changes or representation through another person will not be entertained.

ICSI SECOND BI-ANNUAL NORTHERN REGION CONVOCATION OF FY 2025-2026

The Institute is organizing the second bi-annual Convocation of FY 2025-2026 of the Northern Region for awarding the certificate of membership to its Associate and Fellow members admitted during the period from 1st April, 2025 to 30th September, 2025 and also to award prizes/medals to meritorious students (National) and certificates to PMQ awardees as per details given below:

Eligible members are cordially invited to attend the Northern Region Convocation. The list of eligible members is also uploaded on the website of the Institute. Eligible members shall be admitted to the Convocation venue subject to their confirming participation by 5:00 P.M. of 20th November, 2025 (Thursday) through online submission of the Registration Form at the link: https://forms.gle/1T4yTe7kWmxwsQBd6

Request for change of region will not be entertained.

In case an eligible member does not attend this Convocation or does not confirm for attending this Convocation, he/she will not be allowed to participate in any subsequent Convocation and his/her original certificate will be sent by post after the Convocation to his/her mailing address registered with the Institute.

Eligible participants should bring one Identity proof namely, Membership Card of the Institute/ Voter Id Card/ Driving License/ Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/Passport for allowing entry into the venue and for registration.

The Members shall come wearing the following Indian attire/dress for the Convocation ceremony:

Male members shall wear white/cream coloured ‘kurta’ and white/cream coloured ‘pyjama’ with black/brown sandals or shoes.

Female members shall wear white/cream-coloured sarees with any colour border or white/cream coloured ’kameej’ with white/cream coloured ‘salwar’, white/cream coloured ‘dupatta’ with black/brown shoes or sandals.

There shall not be any headgear (excluding Sikhs). Muslim females may wear “hijab ‘of any color

A “Half Jacket” shall be issued to the members (not returnable) at the time of registration, which they would have to wear over the dress.

Members may also carry their ICSI lapel pin / member’s badge for putting on the Indian attire/dress. Eligible participants may also note the following:

> One has to make his/her own travel and stay arrangement.

> No person shall be allowed to attend the Convocation as one’s representative.

> There is NO “On the Spot” registration counter so eligible participants will have to register themselves through Google form before the last date
