API Limits

• NIC1 IRP: Presently, no set API quota limits are established. Thresholds will be determined according to usage patterns. We guarantee 99.99% uptime with less than a second latency.
• NIC2 IRP: There are no limits imposed on the usage of any APIs offered by ClearIRP.
• IRIS IRP: API Limits applied based on the volume indicated during the onboarding.
• Clear IRP: No API call limits for any subscriber on Cygnet IRP platform.

Production Access

Turnover Verification

• If Turnover is less than 100Cr, NIC IRP will not give any option to register API as “Direct API”.
• If turnover is 100Cr or more, NIC IRP will give an option to register API as “Direct API”.
• Open to direct integration for all B2B and SEZ taxpayers with e-invoicing enabled (Clear IRP).
• Turnover is verified in the Sandbox upon Direct API user creation (Cygnet IRP).
