All of our esteemed Employers may kindly take note that a host of online services are now available through the applications portal www.esic.in In order to enable Employers to avail of these services, log in id and passwords have also been sent by courier to all of them. They would now be required to login to the portal, update employee details and fill in monthly contribution details and then, generate monthly payment challan from the system.
Please note that the SBI branches will now accept only system generated challans except the following 6 branches, who will accept conventional challans also, but for a limited period

For assistance in uploading data, a Facilitation Centre is running in the ESIC Regional Office Lower Parel, opposite Western Railway Workshop Parel, where they may present themselves with log in id, password and complete employee particulars such as Insurance Number (or Declaration Form), dates of appointment and birth, amount of wages and the number of days for which it is paid or payable in respect of November 2010.
