SELECTION OF AUDITORS – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
HIRING SERVICES OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FIRM FOR STATUTORY
AUDIT OF STATE HEALTH SOCIETY (SHS) & DISTRICT HEALTH SOCIETY (DHS) – (FOR
THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2016-17) under National Health Mission (NHM)
Govt of India (GoI) in partnership with the State is implementing the National Health Mission which comprises of various programs, with the objective of improving medical facilities in the areas and seeks to provide accessible, affordable and quality health care to the population, especially the vulnerable sections. To facilitate implementation of NHM, State and District level entities (Health Societies) have been registered which work under the administrative control of the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Bihar. The State Health Society, Bihar invites “Proposal for Audit” from firms of Chartered Accountants empanelled with C& AG and eligible for major PSUs audit for the year 2016-17.
Minimum payable fees: Minimum payable fees for the audit work will not be less than Rs. 3,80,000.00 (Three Lakh Eighty Thousand) including TA/DA worked out on the basis of average audit fees paid during the last three financial years.
Detailed RFP: Detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) comprising Background, Terms of Reference (ToR) and Guidelines for submitting the proposal can be either downloaded from the state’s website www.statehealthsocietybihar.org or this can be collected from the O/o The Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Pariwar Kalyan Bhawan, Sheikhpura, Patna-14 between 01.03.17 and 16.03.17.

i. Last date for collection of RFP from Office of SHSB : 16.03.17
ii. Date for Pre-bid Conference : 17.03.17 at 11.00 am
iii. Last date for submission of completed Proposal to the office of SHSB through Registered/Speed Post only : 24.03.17 up to 3.00 pm.
iv. Date of Opening of Technical Bids : 24.03.17 at 5.00 pm.
Venue for Pre-bid Conference: Pre-bid Conference would be held at Conference Hall, State Health Society, Bihar, Pariwar Kalyan Bhawan, Sheikhpura, Patna-14.
