  2. I am not able to register on traces using NRI services and I am getting message that “System has encountered some technical problem. Please try after some time”. Please help in fixing the problem.

  6. Apart from the issue of “system has encountered a Technical Error” another problem has been noticed in TRACES. As an NRI, at no time in recent months have I have been able to open TRACES login page, the error messages being “Site unavailable due to Technical reasons”. Some said it could be that the site cannot be accessed from outside India; could be true because I could get to the page while in India.

    Is there a definite position or communication stating the above is correct?
