Five reports of the Rangachary Committee recommending safe harbours in different sectors like, IT/ITES, Financial Transactions, Contract R&D in IT and Pharma sector and Automotive sector. First report of the Rangachary Committee on Development Centres was already posted on 30.06.2013.
