the ITR6 verson 1.0 claculates sur-charge on income tax even the income is less than 100 lakhs, ITD must release newer version immdtly.
The ITR given by the It Department should be revised as for MAT Compuation instead of takinf PBT, PAT has been taken which led to wrong computation of MAt U/s 115JB

Site of efiling of GOI do have some spelling mistakes as pointed out while downloading the same from government site since yesterday. What a hell is? ask should recheck it before putting before public.
