MCA may make available Form CRA-4 by 16th May 2016

 FORM No.CRA-4 is Form for filing Cost Audit Report with the Central Government Pursuant to Rule 6(6) of the Companies (cost records and audit) rules, 2014. The form is not yet available on MCA Website for filing Purposes. The Institute of Cost Accountants of India has taken up with Ministry of Corporate Affairs which informed that the CRA-4 is presently not available on the MCA portal for filing purposes and a message is posted on MCA portal. The form would be made available in the week of 16th May 2016 for filing purposes.
