June 2025: Exam Time Table for Company Secretary CS Executive (2022 Syllabus) and Professional Students ( 2017 & 2022 Syllabus)
The Institute of Company Secretary of India has issued the exam time table for June 2025 for CS Executive and Professional Students. The exams are to be held in the time period of 10 days starting from June 1st, 2025 till June 10th, 2025 conclude on June 10, 2025, with a buffer period from June 11 to June 14, 2025, reserved to accommodate any unforeseen exigencies. Below is the detailed time table for the upcoming examinations –

EXAMINATION TIMING : 09:00 AM to 12:15 PM
For Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022), the following timetable applicable:
June 1st: Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws (Group 1 )
June 2nd: Capital Market and Securities Laws (Group 2)
June 3rd: Company Law and Practice (Group 1 )
June 4th: Economic, Commercial and Intellectual Property Laws (Group 2 )
June 5th: Setting Up of Business, Industrial and Labour Laws (Group 1 )
June 6th: Tax Laws and Practice (Group 2 )
June 8th: Corporate Accounting and Financial Management (Group 1)
For Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017), the following timetable applicable:
June 1st: Governance, Risk Management, Compliances and Ethics (Module 1)
June 2nd: Secretarial Audit, Compliance Management and Due Diligence (Module 2)
June 3rd: Corporate Funding and Listings in Stock Exchanges (Module 3)
June 4th: Advanced Tax Laws (Module 1)
June 5th: Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency, Liquidation and Winding-up (Module 2)
June 6th: Multidisciplinary Case Studies (Module 3)
June 8th: Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances (Module 1)
June 9th: Resolution of Corporate Disputes, Non-Compliances and Remedies (Module 2)
June 10th : Elective 1 out of below 5 subjects [Open Book Exam.] (Module 3)
Banking – Law and Practice Insurance – Law and Practice Intellectual Property Rights – Laws and Practices Labour Laws and Practice Insolvency – Law and Practice
For Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022), the following timetable applicable:
June 1st: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) – Principles and Practice (Group 1)
June 2nd: Strategic Management and Corporate Finance (Group 2)
June 3rd: Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances (Group 1)
June 4th: Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency (Group 2)
June 5th: Compliance Management, Audit and Due Diligence (Group 1)
June 6th: Elective 2 (one out of below 5 subjects) (Group 2) Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Corporate Tax Planning Labour Laws and Practice Banking and Insurance – Laws and Practice Insolvency and Bankruptcy -Law and Practice
June 8th: Elective 1 (one out of below 4 subjects) [Open Book Exam.] (Group 2) CSR and Social Governance Internal and Forensic Audit Intellectual Property Rights – Law and Practice Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Cyber Security – Laws and Practice
Note: As stated in the notification all examinations are to be conducted in the morning session from 09:00 AM to 12:15 PM, with an additional 15-minute reading time allotted from 09:00 AM to 09:15 AM.
