The new numbering system for patent applications shall have 12 characters fixed length numeric standard Patent Application Format , applicable to all the Patent Offices in India and shall include identifiers of Year of filing, Jurisdiction, type of application and application number as per Annexure-1
Order No. 02/2015-Central Excise – CBEC extends the date of submission of, Form ER-1, ER-2, ER-6 for the clearances in the month of November, 2015 from 10th of December, 2015 to 31st of December, 2015 and Form ER-4(Annual Financial Information Statement) from 30th of November, 2015 to 31st of December, 2015, for the assessees in the Union Territory of Puducherry (except Yanam and Mahe) due to natural calamity of rains and flood.
In exercise of powers conferred under section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 read with section 6 and section 84 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015 (‘Act’), the Central Board of Direct Taxes, with effect from 18th December, 2015 and until further orders, hereby directs that for the purposes of making declaration of undisclosed foreign assets under section 59 of the said Act and matters related thereto, Shri Rahul Navin, CIT(TP)-1, New Delhi shall be the designated Income-tax authority.

F.No. 385/26/2015-IT(B) Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby extends the due date [under section 200 (1) of the Act] for paying to the credit of the Central Government, tax deducted at source and the due date [under 206C (3)] for paying to the credit of the Central Government, tax collected at source, in respect of deductions or collections made during the month of November, 2015, from 7th of December, 2015 to 20th of December, 2015 in respect of deductors located in the State of Tamil Nadu.
