The last date for submission of Online MEF Form for the year 2017-18 is 15th August, 2017 and for submission of hard copy of “DECLARATION FOR MEF 2017-18” is 22nd August, 2017.
This has reference to your application for multipurpose panel for year 2016-17. It has been observed that declaration for same has not yet been received at our end.
It has been decided to call for Financial Documents of the applicants for Multipurpose Empanelment, for the year 2016-17. The above MEF has been selected as one of those to submit the Financial Documents in connection with the subject empanelment.
PART B and PART C of MEF 2016-17 will be made live from 10th November to 17th November, 2016 to enable the applicants to fill the same & get ready with Financial Documents of the applicants for Multipurpose Empanelment for the year 2016-17.
Last date of online filing of MEF 2016-17 is extended from 10th September, 2016 to 20th September, 2016 and the last date of submission of duly signed declaration has been extended from 20th September, 2016 to 30th September, 2016.
