First of all thanks,Mr.Banerjee,provide us a helpful Excel tool for calculating Income tax & Others.I want to work on this sheet so,I would like to work on that sheet, but it is protected in some cells like Mail ID, Bank Details, Details of Deductor and CIT TDS Address of the sheet for modifying the sheets as per my requirement.If it is Read only,please ignore my mail.

Professional tax amount is pre-calcul;ated. May be this is applicable in West Bengal. Number of States do not levy professional Tax. Should keepo this option open.
The deductor information as well as the email address of assesse can not be changed, hence no utility of this calculator, except for academic interest.

Bought house in 2002-2003 for consideration of Rs.1450000/. Paid Rs.200000/ to make the house liveable
In 2007 conveyance deed was executed for the society and paid Rs. 18200/. Then in 2010 Got the Registry done by paying Rs.13,300.
Sold it in this year for a price of Rs. 85,00000/ Booked another house for Rs 48,00,000/ and by March 2012 will get possession. After making it liveable and registry aditional cost will be Rs.600000/
What will be capital tax liability.

The Excel Programme is very helpful but ceratin cells are protected such as cell for entering email addtress in the sheet. Please look in to the matter and issue guide lines to over come the issue.
Sir prepare same thing for business people also.
