    Dear All,

The issue is with “.Net” Service Pack. The utility is prepared in VB Macro which calls certain Library Objects of “.Net” Service Packs. Currently there are 4 Framework with different service packs of “Microsoft .Net Framework” viz. Framework 1.1, Framework 2 – Serv. Pack 1, Framework 3 – Serv. Pack 1, and Framework 3.5.

To search the missing Service Pack one can go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and check for above entries.

If any of the Service Pack is missing, one can get it downloaded from Microsoft Website.

    1. .Net Framework 2 Link – microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=1639

    2. .Net Framework 3.5 SP 1 – Link – microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=22

If it sounds bit technical and time consuming, Windows XP can be upgraded to SP3 which will in any case install required “.Net” Service Packs.

    I installed and
    pssssss it DID NOT work.

  7. V. Sivaraman says:

This error occurs in win-8 and msoffice-2010.
It does not in win-7 with msoffice 2007 or win-xp with mso-2007.
Mostly this occurs when trying to import the basic data from the button “import.. from xml”.
I will try to download msxml 6.0 service Pack1, and will report sucess or error either case.
    Regards
